Leni Thomas is a leader within the Enterprise market development team at CommScope. In this role, he is responsible for strategy and market development for vertical markets and federal government for the CommScope enterprise products and has been in the telecom industry for more than 25 years. Before CommScope, Thomas worked at Tellabs, Nortel/BNR, Huawei and a few start-ups. Thomas’ career includes roles in product line management, business development, systems engineering, product architecture and development in a wide variety of telecommunication products focused on active electronics products and software systems. Key products and technologies he’s contributed to are broadband access technologies (FTTx, xDSL), dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM), synchronous optical networking (SONET), mobile wireless and fixed wireless. Thomas holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.
