The philosopher Heraclitus once said, “Nothing is permanent except change.” Given the rapid evolution of technology and the way information is accessed, it seems to me that the philosophy of Heraclitus certainly applies to today’s IT industry.
As usage of mobile devices increases, we are seeing a rise in the demand for anywhere, anytime connectivity. Mobile devices have become critical to people’s work lives. They are used by: professionals in business enterprises to work on-the-go, patients and doctors to access medical records remotely, companies to showcase their products and solutions, video streaming, and students for better collaboration with peers and teachers for exam preparation.
